Role Overview

• Job Title: Product Engineer with Frontend Focus (m/f/d)
• Department / Team: Engineering / Product
• Reason for Hiring: Free up founder capacity and elevate UI/UX as the product scales to market
• Reports to: Zeno Woywood (Co‑Founder & CTO)
• Team Size: 2–3 direct engineering colleagues; close collaboration with entire 7‑person company

Location & Working Model

• Primary Location: Munich office
• Remote / Hybrid / On‑Site Policy: Hybrid – expected on‑site 4 days per week; up to 1 home‑office day
• Travel Requirements: None specified; occasional customer visits possible but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer‑centric product features end‑to‑end in React
• Translate user problems into intuitive UI/UX and flows
• Own feature design, implementation, quality, and release speed
• Gather requirements directly from founders and customers
• Contribute to product roadmap and tech‑stack decisions
• Maintain code quality through modern dev workflows (Git, reviews, CI/CD)
• Improve and uphold design system & visual consistency

Ideal Candidate Profile – Must‑Haves

• 2–3 years professional frontend development with React
• Proven experience in product design / UI & UX
• Fluent German C1 and English C1
• Solid understanding of web‑app dev workflows (Git, ticketing, CI)

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: €60,000 – €85,000 gross p.a.
• Variable/Bonus: VSOP

Contract Details
