You will also be involved in marketing and fundraising. Your tasks will include:* Understanding and analyzing the market for a novel product stream* Identifying, researching, and organizing discovery interviews with different customer groups* Creating and designing materials needed for discovery interviews* Deriving product requirements and features based on market research and discovery interviews* Developing and maintaining a pipeline of new customer prospects* Summarizing findings in oral and written presentations for the management team # RequirementsThe following skills are a plus to be considered for the internship:* High intrinsic motivation to work in an entrepreneurial environment (prior startup experience is not required, but appreciated)* An organized and independent working style and an ownership mentality* Very good communication and language skills in German and English* First work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., a completed internship or student job in management consulting, startup, health care company, or university)* Strong execution skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)* A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., business, marketing, or similar) with a convincing academic track record* Willing and able to work in Zurich, Switzerland or Munich, Germany # What you can expectYou will have a high degree of impact and responsibility, a steep learning curve, and be part of an ambitious team that challenges the status quo in digital health and respiratory care.
