Most AI internships put you behind documentation or test cases. This one doesn't. We're in the middle of a full‑company transformation, pivoting from communications infrastructure to intelligent AI agents, and we need someone who can move fast, think clearly, and contribute from day one. The AI Agent platform is one of Sendbird's top initiatives. It's where our next decade gets built. You'll sit alongside the product team, work directly with engineers and designers, and get hands‑on with the tools, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks, that are reshaping how businesses serve customers. You already use AI to build and think faster. Now do it on something that matters.
You’ll work directly with the AI Agent Product Manager to build, test, and deploy intelligent agents across real customer use cases. This is not a passive role. You'll contribute to product decisions, own pieces of the roadmap, and see your work ship. The right person is already using AI tools daily, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely excited about what AI can do for customers.
We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in‑office schedule.
