Product Manager AI Health

dehaze AI identifies chronic disease risks on already existing health data. Thanks to us, our customers—fully integrated health insurers—save ~10% of their yearly health budget. In an industry with relatively low margins, this is a real game changer.

Your job is to ensure what we build is what customers actually need: validated, defensible, and tied to business outcomes.

Tasks

• Own the product: Define what gets built, why, and in what order. Translate customer pain into product specs. Every requirement you write must be validated by real business impact, not assumptions or gut feel.
• Be the customer’s devil’s advocate: Challenge internal ideas with market reality. If a feature can’t be tied to measurable cost savings or clinical outcomes for our B2B customers, it doesn’t ship. Bring the business case, backed by data.
• Immerse yourself in customer environments: Sit with customers. Learn their language—literally and operationally. Understand their workflows, frustrations, and decision‑making.
• Drive expansion playbooks: Define how we adapt the product for vertical integration, new markets, new regulatory environments, and new buyer profiles. Prioritize ruthlessly, manage dependencies, and focus on high‑impact areas.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with a track record you can point to. Shipped products that customers pay for, made hard prioritization calls, and killed features that didn’t earn their place.
• Technically sharp. Understand how LLMs work, how data pipelines are built, and what it means to productize AI. You don’t need to write code, but you should hold your own in deep technical conversations about model outputs, data quality, and system architecture.
• Business‑obsessed. Think in unit economics, customer ROI, and cost‑to‑serve. Build something technically impressive only if it solves a paying customer’s problem. Entrepreneur mindset in a product role, seeking ownership, equity, and impact.
• Ready to get into the engine room. Whether you’re a Head of Product or have a team, be willing to roll up your sleeves and dive deep again.
• Willing to relocate to growth markets (Brazil and the US). Non‑negotiable. During longer stays (~6 months in each market), immerse yourself in the culture and customer base. Subsequent role involves frequent travel to international customers and preference for relocation to our Munich site.
• Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese required. German is a strong plus.
