This is a pivotal position within the company’s Asset Lifecycle Management suite. You will take ownership of the Asset Investment Planning (AIP) solution - a critical product that enables asset-intensive organisations to prioritise investments, maximise performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Working closely with Engineering, Sales, and fellow Product Managers, you will define and execute the AIP product roadmap, champion user experience, and ensure the product becomes a benchmark for asset-intensive industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AIP
• Identify growth opportunities through deep customer and market insights
• Drive product innovation from concept to delivery in partnership with Engineering
• Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering outcomes
• Collaborate with Product peers across the Asset Lifecycle Management portfolio for an integrated solution
• Represent the product externally, supporting customer adoption and industry thought leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, specifically with asset investment planning software
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products to global markets
• Experience leveraging AI to create value for asset management users
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, translating vision into measurable outcomes
• Exceptional communicator, comfortable engaging both technical and business audiences
• Collaborative, inclusive style suited to an international environment
• Understanding of power utilities, grid operations, and asset-intensive industries is highly desirable
