Proven Product Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building successful products in tech-driven industries (B2B SaaS or data-heavy platforms a plus).
- A track record of owning product modules, domains or a single product end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, with tangible impact on business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and design to define problems, craft clear solution specs, and ship high-quality features.
- Dive into the industry to spot improvement opportunities, experiment, shape, and deliver for impact.
- Turn customer insights, support tickets, and operational feedback into actionable product improvements and strategic bets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and leadership to maximize the impact of each release on core business metrics.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain a cadence of updates, demos, and outcome-based reporting.
- Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to continuously improve your product area—run experiments, measure results, and iterate with purpose.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the product strategist by balancing long-term vision with short-term wins.

- You’re comfortable shaping long-term product vision as well as day-to-day trade-offs.
- You prioritize by knowing when to say “not now” and when to double down.
- You know when to stop and when to go further.
- You’ve worked in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- You can bring structure without overcomplicating.
- You’ve worked cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams, and know how to manage up, down, and sideways—with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
- You deeply understand user pain points and translate them into products that deliver value for both users and the business; you test, learn, and iterate toward outcomes.
- You have a data-driven mindset and awareness of how AI can create leverage; familiarity with large datasets or data-rich environments is a plus.
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience with OKR framework.
