Product Manager (f/m/d) - Offerwall

As a Product Manager at ayeT-Studios you will work in a cross‑functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists and account executives to build and enhance our offerwall product. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving fast, tackling challenges and thinking outside the box.

ayeT-Studios' vision is to make ad engagement fun and rewarding by building best‑in‑class rewarded ad monetization solutions and user acquisition tools for publishers, advertisers and users. You will be responsible for our mobile offerwall product (Android & iOS) as well as our web offerwall product in a fast paced, diverse, young tech startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive offerwall product changes and improvements within the context of a broader product strategy and roadmap.
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to structure product requirements.
• Understand ayeT-Studios's strategic and competitive position and deliver product changes that are aligned with our mission to build best‑in‑class monetization products.
• You will be part of the team that decides which technology to use.
• You will be responsible for building and creating a corporate identity across our mobile and web offerwall products.
• You will help implement and analyse A-B‑Testing to drive further product improvements.

Requirements

• Product management or related industry experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, resilient and open‑minded in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Experience driving projects with cross‑functional colleagues.
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirement as well as driving prioritized and data‑driven product improvements.
