This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact Product Manager role within a fast-growing FMCG business operating across Europe. You’ll sit at the heart of innovation — shaping new products from early concept through to launch, and working closely with marketing to bring them to life in a way that truly resonates.

This isn’t a regulatory-heavy role. It’s about product thinking, creativity, and commercial judgement , with the support of strong specialist teams around you.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead new product development projects from idea to launch, owning the journey end to end
• Translate consumer needs, trends, and market insight into compelling product concepts
• Work closely with marketing, R&D, design, and innovation teams to shape products people actually want
• Build clear product briefs covering formulation, positioning, USPs, and target markets
• Help ensure products can scale across multiple European markets, balancing ambition with feasibility
• Stay curious — tracking new ingredients, trends, formats, and opportunities in the wider FMCG space

You

• Experience in product management or product development within FMCG, food, consumer health, wellness (must have experience working with regulated ingredients )
• Commercially minded — you think about what will sell, not just what’s possible
• Confident working cross-functionally and bringing people together around a shared vision
• Curious by nature, with a genuine interest in products, ingredients, and innovation
• Comfortable owning projects and seeing them through from concept to launch
