Your Skills and Qualifications

While being product-savy isn’t everything, we are looking for someone who brings strong product skills and a collaborative mindset to the table:

• 3–6 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role
• Experience building digital products for the real estate industry (e.g. property management, asset management, valuation, ESG reporting, or real estate analytics)
• Experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled features, in partnership with engineering or data teams
• Ability to define problems, success metrics, and constraints for AI solutions (without needing to build models yourself)
• Strong ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Data-informed mindset with comfort using metrics to guide decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 oder höher)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in a real estate context
• Familiarity with B2B or data-heavy platforms
• Experience in sustainability or ESG-related products within real estate

Your Responsibilities

Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level according to the CEFR)We are looking for aProduct Manager (L2) to help shape, build, and scale digital products that support Purpose Green’s mission. You will own key product areas end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to translate user needs and business goals into impactful, high-quality product outcomes.

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a defined product area aligned with Purpose Green’s strategic goals
• Lead user discovery through interviews, research, and data analysis to identify real user needs and opportunities
• Identify where AI and data-driven approaches can meaningfully improve user outcomes, efficiency, or insight
• Translate sustainability, regulatory, and market insights into clear product requirements and priorities
• Very good written and spoken German skills (B2 or higher)

Delivery & Execution

• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering and design to plan, build, test, and release features
• Shape and deliver AI-enabled features, such as predictive insights, automation, or decision support tools
• Manage trade-offs between scope, speed, quality, and impact
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary product point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Communicate product progress, decisions, and trade-offs clearly and proactively
• Align teams around shared outcomes and success metrics
