  • Monitor and summarize diverse regional requirements—across countries, consumer segments, and channels—to build an optimized, scalable, and efficient product range.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D in both directions (provide and receive inputs) on ongoing product development, new technologies, and workload capacity, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Support product launches across European markets, identifying ideal launch windows and aligning with business and operational readiness.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify key trends, technology opportunities, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Use consumer insights, usage behavior, and feedback to guide innovation, identify unmet needs, and support portfolio enhancements.
  • Consider portfolio compliance with European regulatory standards and third‑party certification systems (e.g., energy labels, safety standards).
  • Monitor category and product performance through KPIs, recommending actions to improve business impact, efficiency, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders—Product Development, Product Planning, European Product Managers, and Global HQ—to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support local market teams (sales, service, marketing) with product knowledge, training, and active involvement in events and trade activities.
  • Drive integration of relevant European trends: sustainability, UI, digitalization, connectivity features and into the portfolio, aligning with evolving consumer expectations and corporate goals.
