Product Manager - Medical Devices

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Product Manager in Medical Devices, based in Cologne. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder requirements. Specific responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. You will also lead initiatives to enhance product performance based on user feedback and emerging technology trends while maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management, including developing and owning product roadmaps
• Practical knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance, such as ISO 13485 or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and decision-making
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Technical understanding of medical devices and healthcare technologies is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Experience leading products in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
