Product Manager (m/f/d) Beauty & Personal Care DACH | 12-Month FTC

Your Role

As Product Manager (m/f/d) Beauty & Personal Care DACH , you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, aligning supplier strategies with corporate objectives, and supporting the sales organization in achieving business goals. You will act as the key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring product availability, compliance, and market competitiveness. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. This fixed-term contract (12 months) is ideal for candidates looking for a defined-term opportunity to contribute and grow within our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop and manage supplier relationships, aligning their strategy with Brenntag’s goals and deploying it across the sales organization.
• Sales Enablement & Support: Provide documentation, training, and organizational support for customer visits and sales fairs.
• Sales Pipeline & Sampling Oversight: Track and review sales projects and sampling activities to ensure timely execution and follow-up.
• Contract & Price Negotiation: Negotiate supply agreements and pricing terms in line with corporate objectives and maintain pricing tools.
• Product Stewardship & Compliance: Own product setup in SAP, manage complaints, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation.
• Inventory & Strategic Purchasing: Ensure optimal stock levels and working capital through strategic purchasing and material allocation.
• Market Intelligence & Global Coordination: Conduct market research to support sourcing and marketing, and facilitate global/regional product group management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, procurement, or supplier relations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
