What you do

• Identify opportunities and conceptualize innovative new functionalities around our own charging and energy management ChargePilot.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for your area and translate it into clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Act as Product Owner (m/f/d) for one Scrum team: manage and prioritize the backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive sprint goals.
• Put customers at the center: collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to build tailored solutions for different customer segments.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance; turn insights into data-driven product decisions and continuous improvements.
• Keep a close eye on market dynamics, competitors, and technology trends in the smart charging ecosystem.
• Coordinate releases and go-to-market activities for new features and products in collaboration with relevant teams.

Who you are

• Successfully completed degree (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or similar).
• Proven professional experience in product development for digital products/services.
• Strong knowledge of agile product development methods and hands-on experience working as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in Scrum.
• Experience taking technical or digital products from concept to launch (discovery, delivery, rollout, iteration).
• A data-driven mindset and confidence in using analytics to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Ideally, initial market and product knowledge in smart charging / EV charging (connectivity, energy/load management, etc.).
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to inspire others with your ideas and communication skills.
• Fluent in German & English written & spoken, and confident with common tools such as MS Office (experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus).
