About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery, high customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or account management, with strong communication skills and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and training for new customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and issues
Coordinate and track project progress and deliverables
Lead customer meetings and regular check-ins
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and processes
Collect feedback and provide insights to product and leadership teams
Prepare regular reports on project and customer status

Technical Expertise

3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Quick learner with an interest in technology and continuous improvement
Team player with a proactive and customer-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
