Your tasks
- Conduct market analysis of Signal, Spectrum, and Phase Noise Analyzer segments to identify growth opportunities and define strategies to increase market share
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in Test & Measurement solutions, translating insights into actionable product requirements Product Planning & Roadmap Development
- Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with R&D
- Present business cases to the Roadmap Board for strategic prioritization
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life Customer Engagement & Technical Expertise
- Serve as subject matter expert for phase noise measurement, supporting complex pre- and post-sales technical engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with key international customers, involving them early in product development for market validation
- Partner with Market Segment Business Units to drive critical opportunities Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate product management activities across development, sales, and marketing teams
- Drive Go-to-Market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch execution
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials and technical documentation Enablement & Advocacy
- Deliver customer and sales training on phase noise measurement technologies
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs and technical conferences
Your Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, R&D, Systems Engineering, Applications Engineering, or related technical roles within Test & Measurement or RF/Microwave industries
- Demonstrated understanding of signal analysis, spectrum analysis, or phase noise measurement principles Technical & Business Acumen
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to synthesize complex technical, market, and competitive intelligence into strategic product decisions
- Experience translating customer requirements into product specifications and roadmap priorities
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and Go-to-Market strategies Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders across R&D, sales, marketing, and executive leadership
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Results-driven and action-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Intercultural competence and ability to work effectively with global teams and customers
- Fluency in English (required); German language skills are highly desirable Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with phase noise measurement or oscillator characterization
- Existing relationships within the RF/Microwave test equipment market
- Background in technical sales support or customer-facing engineering roles
