Product Manager-Smart Attachments(m/f/d)

We would like to fill the position where we find a suitable candidate, preferably in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the business success and product roadmap of smart attachment solutions across their lifecycle
• Define smart attachment use cases, features, and solution concepts based on customer needs and market opportunities
• Translate customer and application requirements into clear product, feature, and system requirements
• Lead solution‑driven investment decisions by preparing and evaluating business cases for smart features, digital services, and capability upgrades
• Own and manage product and feature roadmaps, ensuring alignment between hardware,software& digital platforms
• Drive early‑stage business development for smart attachments by building internal competence, shaping go‑to‑market approaches, and enabling customers and partners to adopt smart solutions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure scalable and market‑relevant smart solutions
• Partner with Product Market Managers to ensure clear portfolio positioning and monetization across premium and value offerings
• Support Sales and customers in complex solution discussions, demonstrations, and value‑based selling
• Develop sales‑support materials and support product‑and solution‑focused training
• Ensure strong product‑to‑market readiness and cross‑functional alignment for new smart solutions

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification through experience
• Several years of experience in product management, digital solutions, or a similar role in an industrial or B2B environment
• Experience with smart, connected, or digital‑enabled products, including hardware‑software solutions, digital features, or data‑driven services
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and use cases into clear product, feature, and system requirements
• Experience preparing and evaluating business cases for product features, solution capabilities, or digital investments
• Experience with mobile industrial equipment, attachments, or tools used in construction or mining environments is considered a strong advantage
