Our marketplace is available at or as an iOS/Android app. # Position SummaryWe are seeking reinforcements for our Product Team with a marketing focus. You are passionate about good marketing and enjoy turning complex tasks into clear processes. As a Product Manager with a focus on marketing, you will manage central projects around our marketing channels, CRM strategies, and brand partnerships, always with a focus on users, data, and the big picture. # Responsibilities* Management and prioritization of the product marketing backlog (including SEO, measures for the DACH region, channel UX, brand cooperations, special projects).* Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.* Conducting market and user research.* Management of the entire product lifecycle - from conception through implementation to post-launch analysis.* Coordination of cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, design, tech, CRM) and ensuring smooth workflows. # Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical/mathematical field.* At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce/product marketing and with customer-facing products.* At least 3 years of experience in product management in a digital environment.* Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.* Experience in prioritization and decision-making, even with complex conflicting goals.* Enjoy structuring information and systemic thinking.* Data-driven approach to product decisions.* Experience in leading and moderating interdisciplinary teams.* Very good German language skills (C2/native level).* Very good English or Russian language skills (B2). # Nice to Have* Experience in e-commerce or marketing product management. # What We Offer* Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.* 28 vacation days per year (for full-time).* Dental insurance.* Subsidy for lunch.* Budget for individual development.* Regular team events.* A motivated, international team with flat hierarchies and a lot of creative freedom. # ApplicationWe look forward to your application!DepartmentProduct managementLocationBerlin, Germany
