Product Market Manager – Mobile shears (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities

• Own the market success and financial performance of the Non‑Impact Attachments portfolio for mobile shears within the Hydraulic Attachments Business Line of Epiroc
• Define market positioning, value propositions, and portfolio strategy for steel‑cutting attachments
• Translate recycling‑specific customer needs and application requirements into clear product and portfolio priorities
• Lead market‑driven investment decisions by preparing and evaluating business cases for new products, portfolio extensions, and lifecycle initiatives
• Drive portfolio development across the recycling value chain, including expansion, optimization, and phase‑out decisions
• Support pricing strategies in close collaboration with the commercial organization to ensure competitive and profitable market positioning
• Work closely with sales teams, dealers, and partners to support complex recycling projects, tenders, and customer discussions
• Develop application‑focused sales materials and support product and application training for sales, dealers, and customers
• Act as the central commercial interface to Engineering and Operations to ensure recycling solutions meet market expectations and are scalable and competitive

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable qualification through experience
• Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a commercial role in an industrial or B2B environment
• Strong understanding of recycling, demolition, or material‑handling applications and their operational challenges
• Proven ability to translate application and customer needs into market‑driven product strategies and portfolio decisions
• Solid commercial and financial skills, including pricing decisions and business‑case evaluation
• Experience working closely with sales organizations, distributors, or dealer networks
• Experience with mobile industrial equipment, excavator attachments, or tools used in recycling, demolition, or construction environments is considered a strong advantage
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
