A leading medical technology business is hiring a

Product Marketing Manager

to drive the positioning, messaging and commercial success of its surgical product portfolio within a highly regulated environment.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role. This position sits closer to the commercial and marketing function, focused on how products are taken to market, communicated and adopted. You will work closely with product, clinical, sales and marketing teams to ensure strong market fit and effective go-to-market execution.

Hamburg, Germany, 3 days per week onsite

What you’ll be doing:

Own product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across key product lines. Translate technical and clinical product features into clear, compelling value propositions. Work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to align on launches and campaigns. Support product launches with strong marketing materials, content and sales enablement. Manage and optimise CRM-driven marketing activity using tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategy. Support lead generation, campaign performance and conversion optimisation.

What you’ll need:

Experience in Product Marketing or a commercially focused product role, ideally within medical devices or healthcare. Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar. Ability to translate technical products into clear, market-facing communication. Strong stakeholder management skills across product, sales and marketing teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
