Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stadt Hamburg for a Product Owner E-Commerce Systems. The Product Owner will oversee the integration of different SaaS solutions ensuring the smooth running of business. Shape the roadmap for Kencana's e-commerce platform, driving product and data strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities include collaboration across teams, steering of external agencies, delivering projects on time and aligning priorities with the management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and software integrations, with hands-on experience in APIs and third-party tools.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce industry and relevant domains such as order management, product data management
• Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization practices.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful system implementations.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor system performance and evaluate integration effectiveness.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management, and a results-driven mindset.
• Plus: Experience with marketplace e-commerce business
• Plus: Experience with the software technologies: Shopify, JTL, Mirakl, Tradebyte, Procuros
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
