  • Translate portfolio strategy and investment priorities into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
  • Define and maintain a prioritised roadmap aligned to portfolio objectives.
  • Ensure backlog items are outcome-led and tied to measurable success criteria.
  • Continuously refine and reprioritise work based on performance, insight, and evolving business needs.

  • Work closely with UX/UI, Research, and CRO to ensure solutions are grounded in user insight and behavioural data.
  • Participate in and support research, testing, and experimentation initiatives.
  • Ensure product decisions are informed by data, experimentation, and validated learning, not opinion.

  • Champion consumer-centric thinking within the squad and across stakeholders.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

  • Define feature- and initiative-level success metrics in collaboration with Data & Analytics.
  • Monitor performance trends and use insight to inform backlog refinement.
  • Support experimentation and continuous optimisation within the product area.
  • Clearly communicate impact, learnings, and performance updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the Teamhead / Portfolio Owner to align on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure relevance and scalability.
  • Represent the product area in relevant forums and planning sessions.
  • Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and outcomes.

  • Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams including design, research, and analytics.
  • Exposure to eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer ecosystems is highly beneficial.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and delivering features using agile product development practices.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong backlog management and product delivery skills.
  • Ability to translate business goals and consumer insights into clear user stories and solution definitions.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle strategies, loyalty programmes, and retention mechanics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers to shape engaging user experiences.
  • Comfortable making product trade-offs between user experience, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-informed decision-making and an interest in using insights to improve engagement and retention.
