Your tasks

Vision & Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product vision, creating release plans and product roadmaps
Backlog maintenance: Prioritising the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders
Requirements management: Recording requirements from the respective departments
Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with departments, process owners and IT teams
Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro)
Quality assurance: Organisation of user acceptance tests and feedback integration
Planning and monitoring of the budget for the development team under your responsibility

Your profile

At least five years of experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment
Many years of experience in stakeholder management and task prioritisation, as well as backlog maintenance
Experience in building agile product teams
You find it easy to work proactively and independently and to make decisions
Experience in leading highly qualified, cross-functional teams
Knowledge of the SAP environment is an advantage
Good English and German skills
