Responsibilities

  • You maximize customer value and align the team backlog with requirements from customers, dealers, and stakeholders
  • You prioritize the product backlog independently, define user stories, and support the Product Manager in creating epics
  • You facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews) and actively participate in them
  • You coordinate collaboration with other Product Owners and global development teams to clarify requirements and dependencies
  • You identify risks and obstacles early and take responsibility for release management and quality assurance
  • You plan continuous improvements and maintenance, support product demos, and handle support requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT, including software development and agile methodologies
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with an independent, solution-oriented approach
  • Communication and teamwork skills, along with experience in a global, complex environment
