Product Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive solution sales for ZYT’s integrated autonomous driving software & hardware portfolio, focusing on customer value creation and system-level design
  • Act as the key technical-commercial partner for customers, translating complex engineering needs into clear, compelling, and competitive solution proposals
  • Work closely with OEM and Tier-1 engineering teams to define system architectures, interfaces, and integration concepts aligned with ZYT’s capabilities
  • Support the sales team across the entire sales lifecycle – from technical evaluation and feasibility discussions to commercial negotiations and contract closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product management, and application engineering to shape customized solutions and ensure technical alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities and proactively influence product direction
  • Represent ZYT at industry conferences, trade fairs, and customer demos , confidently communicating complex technologies to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach junior solution and sales team members, fostering a consultative, value-based selling mindset

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics , or a comparable technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in solution sales, system sales, or technical business development within automotive, industrial, or high-tech environments
  • Strong track record in leading technical discussions with OEMs and Tier-1s , especially around complex system architectures
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems , sensors, ECUs, and automotive communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.)
  • Experience supporting long-cycle, complex sales processes , from early concept phase through to contract signing
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills , with the ability to engage both engineering and management audiences
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); German and/or Chinese are a strong plus
  • Background in consultative or value-based solution selling , ideally in system integration or technology-driven organizations
