The Role

As a Production Coordinator within DAZN’s Event Production Services Team, you’ll support day-to-day production operations across Bundesliga, UEFA, and a range of key sports properties in the DACH market. You’ll oversee logistics, scheduling, crew coordination, documentation, and production-related administration, ensuring every event runs smoothly from planning through delivery. Working closely with Production Managers and Technical Producers, you’ll be the central point for tracking resources, arranging accreditation, supporting onsite workflows, and managing communication with clubs, venues, leagues, and internal teams. This role requires exceptional organisational ability, accuracy under pressure, and fluency in both German and English. You’ll also be actively involved in match-day and evening production support, contributing to DAZN’s commitment to high-quality, reliable, and efficient live operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage all travel logistics for production crew, ensuring bookings meet production needs and budgets
• Maintain and update rota sheets, ensuring correct staffing for each event
• Secure accreditation for onsite crews per Bundesliga, UEFA, and association requirements
• Coordinate venue access and operational requirements with clubs, leagues, and facility partners
• Produce and distribute callsheets for multiple concurrent productions
• Act as point of contact for Health & Safety documentation, including risk assessments, A1 forms, and compliance
• Assist Production Resource Coordinator with cost tracking and budget monitoring
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices for freelancers and suppliers as needed
• Support Production Managers and Technical Producers during live match days and peak periods

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluent German and English (additional languages beneficial)
• Experience in accounting or business administration; confident working with data, numbers, and scheduling tools
• Production or broadcast operations experience (preferred)
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and match-day schedules
