We’re rolling out our robotic kitchen systems across Germany, together with some of the country’s leading partners in retail and food. To make it happen, we’re building a hands‑on team of Production Hub Associates to support daily operations and ensure smooth ingredient preparation and dispatch.

About The Role

As a Production Hub Associate (f/m/d), you are part of the core team that keeps our production running. You prepare and package ingredients, support daily logistics and dispatch, and ensure that every robotic kitchen receives high‑quality, ready‑to‑use products. Working closely with your team, you help maintain efficiency, food safety, and consistency across all operations.

Your Daily Business

• Prepare, portion, and package ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
• Support logistics, labeling, and dispatch processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report issues to shift leads.
• Contribute to smooth handovers and team coordination.

Base Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in food production, logistics, or similar operational roles.
• Familiarity with food handling or food safety processes.
• Reliable, hands‑on, and structured work approach.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfort working with machinery or automated systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills are a strong plus.
• Experience in a production or warehouse environment.
