Our client is a leading manufacturer of rail vehicles and track system solutions based in Bautzen.

Job Description

• Coordinate daily operations on the production line and manage the timely and complete delivery of required components according to the main production plan / repair plan.
• Check the readiness of production orders to ensure the timely availability of work orders.
• Be a member of the cross-functional team and act as the single point of contact between production, warehouse, and supply chain, including notifying and escalating issues affecting plan execution (missing parts, production stoppages, technical data).
• Analyze deviations in manufacturing, PME, and quality, and develop short-term solutions/improvements to adhere to the schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant vocational training and a minimum of 2 years of specialized training or a completed 3-year university degree (e.g., Bachelor's).
• Good knowledge of MRP and production planning tools.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good command of English and German.
