Become part of Joli! We're looking for a driven Client Services Manager with a passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset. At the intersection of brands and creators, you’ll lead exciting influencer campaigns from concept to execution – with a sharp eye for detail, confident client communication, and a hands‑on approach. If you’re ready to shape standout campaigns and work closely with videographers, talents and major brands across platforms, we’d love to meet you.

• Project responsibility: Management and implementation of projects.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with our clients on campaign planning to create an ideal connection between influencer and brand.
• Communication: Good and confident communication between clients and all project stakeholders.
• Coordination : Scheduling videographers, models and clients and coordinating social media‑focused video shoots.
• Campaigns : Creation and monitoring of schedules, budgets and offers, as well as support and planning of campaigns.
• Reporting: Continuous monitoring and reporting of campaign goals and presentation of results to our clients.

YOU:

• Career: You have at least two years of professional experience in the marketing field.
• Passion: You are passionate about social media and have already gained experience in influencer marketing.
• Project management: You have excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical skills: You have a strategic and analytical understanding as well as economic thinking, which is reflected in the conception of measures, cost controlling and the analysis of KPIs.
• Responsibility: You have experience in dealing with large clients and managing large campaign budgets.
• Hands‑on mentality: You are characterized by a hands‑on mentality and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Aesthetics: You have a talent and passion for design and imagery.
• Language skills: You have a very good command of written and spoken English and Dutch.
