Production Manager

The Role: This is a hands-on role where you own daily production end-to-end. From fermentation runs and shift planning to food safety and team leadership—you’re the one keeping operations running smoothly and scaling with us.

What you’ll do • Lead daily production & processing operations • Manage schedules, resources, and KPIs (yield, downtime, quality) • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP & IFS Food standards • Support scale-up, PPQ & tech transfer from R&D • Lead, schedule, and develop production teams • Drive HSE standards and monitor site performance

Your profile • Experience in food, biotech, or industrial production • Proven team leadership & shift management • Strong operational and hands-on mindset • Familiar with GMP / hygiene standards • Fluent in German & English
