Production Planning Specialist (mfd) – Focus Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

To ensure efficient reliable and high-quality production we are strengthening our production planning team with a professional experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan control and monitor production orders
• Create and manage production orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Maintain production-relevant master data (items BOMs routings resources lead times)
• Execute and analyze MRP runs and resolve material shortages
• Ensure timely material availability and optimal capacity utilization
• Monitor lead times delivery dates and inventories
• Work closely with purchasing production logistics and sales
• Continuously improve production planning and materials management processes

Your Profile

• Technical or commercial vocational training and several years of experience in production planning or manufacturing control
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (production modules)
• Solid understanding of MRP logic and master data structures
• Structured analytical and solution‑oriented working style
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
