What You'll Do

• Observation and analysis of market trends as well as conducting competitor analyses – with the aim of developing new product ideas in the field of sensors and meters
• Responsibility for a sub-range over the entire product life cycle – from conception to market launch and further development
• Active participation in development projects – including requirements assessment, documentation, field tests and coordination of the market launch
• Cooperation with international stakeholders as well as management of supra-regional projects with corresponding responsibility
• Development and implementation of pricing concepts and market launch strategies in coordination with marketing and sales
• Promote application knowledge around sensors & meters to support sales and training teams
• Conception and collaboration in the creation of marketing materials such as videos and brochures

Who You Are

• You have a technical education at TS or FH level, ideally supplemented by further training in building management or building automation
• You have several years of professional experience in product management or technical sales – ideally related to sensors, measurement technology or HVAC applications
• You already have practical experience in areas such as measurement and control technology (I&C), hydraulics or general HVAC systems
• You work in a structured and independent way, think entrepreneurially and like to take on responsibility
• You are IT-savvy, interested in digital technologies and new solutions
• You enjoy working in a team, are customer-oriented, willing to travel (approx. 10%) and open to new topics and tasks
• You have a very good knowledge of German and English
