Product/UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Applying design thinking to create innovative, user‑friendly solutions that meet business objectives and encourage collaboration
• Conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions
• Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles
• Translating ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes
• Working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG

Qualifications

• 2‑5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficient in Figma and experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in projects
• Excellent English communication skills, can effectively present and defend ideas
• Resourceful, creative, capable of solving design challenges independently
• Committed to continuously learning to stay current with latest design trends
• Works well in a team, values diverse perspectives, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
