Professional Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) Questionnaire & Legal Tech Solutions

The Product Development team is housed in the Products & Engineering Department, which consists of 15 cross‑functional Product Teams across three Product Domains (Consumer, Business, and Platform). We operate in an agile environment and are looking for two motivated Professional Fullstack Engineers (f/m/d) to join our Business Domain. You will thrive in a creative, fast‑changing environment and be passionate about making a real impact on user experience. We are seeking someone who gains energy from shipping features, solving technical challenges, and continuously improving their craft every day.

Responsibilities

• Bring solid TypeScript knowledge and comfort across the stack, even if you are stronger on one side. Experience with React and/or Next.js is a plus.
• Use AI‑assisted engineering tools, or be eager to start, and be curious about how Agentic Engineering is changing software development. Own what you ship: validate and commit production code.
• Have hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure. While we run on AWS, experience with any major cloud provider is welcome. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform is a bonus.
• Maintain a “you build it, you own it” philosophy, shepherding changes through every stage until they go live in production. In addition to development, be involved in monitoring and automating aspects of our infrastructure.
• Show a positive mindset, willingness to learn new things, and a commitment to making the world a little better every day together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong focus on TypeScript and modern full‑stack development.
• Experience with React or Next.js, building scalable and user‑friendly applications.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, e.g., AWS (Lambda) and container‑based systems like ECS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is a strong plus.
• Practical experience with AI‑assisted development, including good judgment on validating outputs before production.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• A goal‑oriented, collaborative mindset with respect for teammates.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn, grow, and help advance our mission.
