This position is in the Office of Finance and Administration, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Data and Enterprise Programs Division, Records & Collection Management Branch, Information Collection Request Section. About: The Office of Finance and Administration This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).
You will: Lead the Agency's Information Collection Request (ICR) program and Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) burden reduction efforts to ensure compliance with statutory and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements and to provide authoritative representation. Coordinate cross Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) activities related to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR) to identify connections and gaps between Agency information collections and application/tool development, align data collection capabilities, and promote an end to end data life-cycle approach that improves customer engagement and program effectiveness. Oversee and operate Agency wide Information Collection Request (ICR) information systems for development, repository, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) submission to support internal business requirements, ensure Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) compliance, meet security and privacy standards, and enable cross organizational analysis and reporting on information collections, burden reduction initiatives, and ICR workflow and status.
