Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Advanced degree preferred

Minimum of five (3) years of experience in college access, K-12 education, or student support services.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing college readiness programs and partnerships

Experience working with underrepresented student populations and first-generation students
