Program Manager w/Top Secret Clearance

We are seeking an on-site Program Manager in Germany responsible for contract execution, staffing, performance, quality, risk, schedule, cost, and stakeholder engagement across network, enterprise services, and CSSP/DCO workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact to KO/COR and U.S. Army Network and Cyber Operations leadership
• Run IPRs and program reviews; deliver MSR/WSR and deliverables per PWS
• Manage transition/phase-in/out; ensure training/certification compliance (DoD ), security, safety, and QCP/QASP alignment
• Prioritize 24/7 mission support (watch floor, call-outs); manage risks, changes, and performance metrics (PRS)

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science OR Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience

• Experience

• Five (5) years of experience in OCONUS
• Three (3) years as a supervisor or project manager
• Proven experience in working with government customers
• Fluent in all aspects of Government and corporate communications media to include MS Office products, MS Project

• Must have complete abilities in preparing proposals, cost estimation, and technical writing
• Candidate must be an aggressive self-starter with the ability to provide vision to the entire team
• Translate corporate values in support of the US military mission

Certification

• ITIL Foundation (v3 or above)
• PMP

Clearance

Top Secret – IT-I (Tier 5) must be able to attain SCI and HCS/G/NATO read-on/access

Work environment and physical demands are described separately. Locations: On-Site, Wiesbaden, Germany. Type of environment: Office. Schedule: day shift Monday – Friday; evenings and weekends may be required. Travel: Less than 10%.
