Program Test Manager

Location : Remote first with occasional travel to European client site

We’re looking for an experienced Program Test Manager to help deliver and build a high-performing Test Centre of Excellence within a fast-growing, VC-backed startup . This role is critical in shaping quality strategy, driving delivery across complex programmes, and embedding best-in-class testing practices as the business scales.

You’ll bring deep experience in test tooling and frameworks , be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and confidently engage client-facing stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and evolving a Test Centre of Excellence and quality strategy
• Managing testing across multiple programmes and delivery teams
• Driving tooling selection, implementation, and optimisation
• Acting as a trusted, client-facing partner on quality and risk
• Coaching teams and embedding a strong performance and quality culture

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to make a real impact in a scaling startup.
