Programme Project Administrator (d/f/m)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Operations, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.

The position holder works as Programme Project Administrator (d/f/m).

Your Tasks

  • Provide comprehensive support in managing the financial performance of the A320 Family program, ensuring alignment with overall program goals
  • Coordinate the bottom-up annual budgeting process (AOP) across all Project Delivery Teams (Airframe, Systems, Cabin, Powerplant) within the ASA perimeter
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly Forecast (FC) reports to the Head of Department, including analysis of financial performance across Airbus Aerostructures and Airbus Atlantic
  • Act as primary interface between Airbus Commercial, Airbus Aerostructures and Airbus Atlantic for FC and AOP exercises, including discrepancy analysis and identification of Risks & Opportunities
  • Monitor project budgets versus actuals and oversee financial reporting within the framework of NRP offers and Purchase Order management
  • Ensure commercial alignment with subsidiaries regarding Statement of Work content, deliverables and financial milestones
  • Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle, including invoicing and Goods Receipt processes
  • Drive implementation of improved ways of working to optimize collaboration and financial workflows
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates and working documents to harmonize processes across the extended enterprise

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in supplier management
  • At least 2 years of experience in product development and supply chain
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • SAP and experience with Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of risk management
  • Fluent German and English (negotiation level); French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the European Union
