Das Team besteht aus Experten und Ingenieure, mit umfassender Erfahrung im Bereich der Unternehmenssicherheit, Konzeptentwicklung, sowie physischen Sicherheitslösungen in den Bereichen Gebäudezugangskontrolle, Videomanagementsysteme, physische Alarmsysteme, Prävention von Geldautomatenangriffen usw. Das Team agiert als Geschäftspartner für Projekte im Bereich Corporate Security für CEU, und verwaltet strategische Budgetplanung und Programmmanagement für die Corporate Security Projekte.

About The Team

You will become part of a dynamic, agile team that develops and implements intelligent technical and operational physical security solutions that create real added value for Deutsche Bank. The team is composed of experts and engineers with extensive experience in corporate security, concept development, and physical security solutions such as building access control, video management systems, physical alarm systems, and ATM attack prevention. The team acts as a business partner for Corporate Security projects within the CEU region and is responsible for strategic budget planning and program management for Corporate Security initiatives.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Programm und Projektmanagement, inkl. Kostenmanagement für Corporate Security Initiativen in der CEU-Region
• Verwaltung und/oder Durchführung der Machbarkeitsstudien, Spar- und Optimierungsinitiativen, und Produkt-Marktanalysen
• Entwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten und Risikominderungsmaßnahmen
• Entwicklung von Richtlinien und Key Operating Documents (KOD)
• Stakeholder-Koordination mit den Business, Real Estate, Projects, Governance und technischen Infrastruktur Teams
• Vendor Management Aktivitäten für die Physische-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Projekten

Your Key Responsibilities

• Program and project management, including cost management for Corporate Security initiatives in the CEU region
• Management and/or execution of feasibility studies, cost‑saving and optimization initiatives, and product‑market analyses
• Development of security concepts and risk‑mitigation measures
• Development of policies and Key Operating Documents (KODs)
• Stakeholder coordination with Business, Real Estate, Projects, Governance, and Technical Infrastructure teams
• Vendor management activities related to physical security measures and projects

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Hochschul- oder Universitätsdiplom/Master bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt auf physische Sicherheitstechnologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Arbeitserfahrung mit Ingenieurhintergrund.
• Umfassende Erfahrung in der Unternehmenssicherheit, im Bereich physische Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Technologieentwicklung, im Projektmanagement für physische Sicherheit und in der Projektportfolio-Planung, einschließlich Risikomanagement- und Lieferantenmanagementfähigkeiten.
• Zertifizierte Expertise und starkes technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Gebäudesicherheit und physische Sicherheitstechnologie, physische Sicherheitskonzepte, Risikobewertungen und Kenntnis relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen (VBG, BGV, VdS, DGUV).
• Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit; sicher im Umgang mit agilen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams

Your Skills And Experiences

• University degree or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on physical security technology, or a comparable qualification/work experience with an engineering background
• Extensive experience in corporate security, physical security measures and technology development, physical security project management, and project‑portfolio planning, including risk‑management and vendor‑management capabilities
• Certified expertise and strong technical understanding in building security and physical security technology, physical security concepts, risk assessments, and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (VBG, BGV, VdS, DGUV)
• Business‑fluent in English and German
• Strong analytical thinking, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills; confident working in agile, cross‑functional teams
