Working within C&A's Corporate People & Culture function, the HR Project & Digitalization Manager will support the introduction of innovative digital HR solutions, consisting of any combination of improved HR processes, services, and systems, on a cross-European, market, and country level. Depending on the size and complexity of the respective initiative, this may entail leading individual projects or workstreams / sub-projects of larger programs.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or HR, or significant demonstrated experience in the area of work
• Experience in managing implementation projects, including new IT solutions
• Process and continuous improvement mindset and ability to translate between HR and IT
• Good project management skills and methodology knowledge as well as good understanding of IT systems and integration
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Empathy and being a good team player
• Previous work experience in retail and/or fashion is a plus
• Business fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Support the scoping, planning, and preparation of new HR digitalization initiatives, including contribution to building the respective plans
• Independently manage implementation (sub-)projects or workstreams to drive HR digitalization based on C&A's central SuccessFactors platform and other solutions in the context of related projects
• Closely collaborate and coordinate with different P&C, Tech (IT) and Business stakeholders, as well as external suppliers, in the context of such projects
• Report project status to the direct supervisor, Steering Committees, and executive levels
• Help to identify, formulate, and support the decision-making around further improvement potentials, to result in new digitalization initiatives
