Project Development Manager – Utility-Scale BESS Projects

ersg are leading a search for a Project Development Manager to develop and drive the pipeline of Utility-Scale BESS projects across Germany. Our client is a leading player in the Renewable Energy industry with a portfolio of Wind, Solar and BESS assets.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle up to RTB stage.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including DSO, landowners, and local authorities.
• Ensure the commercial viability of projects.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GIS, local planning, and customs that will support project progression.

Working Conditions

The client has indicated that this is a hybrid opportunity (60% in the office).
