Responsibilities

Your Role: Responsibility for Projects and People
As a Project Lead, you are the central key figure for project success and the development of our teams. You ensure that our recommendations are bold, practical, and relevant.

• Project Management: You independently lead complex projects or manage multiple initiatives in parallel. You are responsible for results and client satisfaction—from thorough analysis to implementation.

• Mentoring & Leadership: You guide Consultants and Senior Consultants both professionally and personally. You see yourself as a mentor who shares knowledge and empowers the team to exceed their own expectations.

• AI & Digital Focus: You develop pragmatic AI strategies, new operating models, and digital growth plans. You help clients not only understand technology but use it profitably.

• Business Development: You think entrepreneurially, support the partners in acquisition efforts, and build long‑term relationships at the C‑level.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Experience: At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or in a strategy‑focused role, ideally with a focus on digital transformation, organizational development, or marketing.

• Leadership Skills: You have already led teams and enjoy developing young talent in a high‑performance environment.

• Analytical Strength & Execution: You quickly grasp complex issues, possess strong analytical skills, and have a strong affinity for the latest technologies—combined with creative thinking.

• Technical Expertise: You have solid knowledge of digital trends and AI applications and know how to translate them into business cases.

• Thought Leadership: You enjoy sharing your knowledge. As a thought leader, you represent Nunatak externally in one of our core topics and inspire clients with fresh perspectives.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills (in both German and English) and the ability to build strong relationships up to the C‑level are essential for us.
