We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Leader to join our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to spearhead innovation and leverage emerging technologies that will shape the future of our business. You’ll have the chance to work on fascinating topics such as robotics, carbon management, 6G, GenAI business impact, qualitative in‑vitro diagnostics, quantum sensing, and the hydrogen economy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with top executives, providing strategic insights and recommendations that shape our company's direction.
• Manage high‑impact strategy projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Advise on innovation, new technologies, sustainability, and other emerging business areas.
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in collaboration with senior management.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive business success.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in business studies or a comparable subject.
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consultancy (must have); proven track record as a project leader for larger projects.
• Personality and Working Practice: strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels; exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
