Role Overview

As a Project Leader, you will lead our talented team of consultants and spearhead the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Client Success: Use your excellent project management skills to lead our unique, empathetic, and collaborative approach to strategy consulting, driving transformational results for our clients.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide empathetic leadership to our team of consultants, fostering an environment of care, courage, and initiative. Mentor and facilitate the professional growth of team members.
• Contributing to Business Development: Develop current clients, focus on large mid‑sized companies to global players in industrial goods, packaging, and chemicals. Build and expand your own client network.
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to building a strategy consulting company that is truly different where ideas are heard, valued and implemented.

Qualifications

• A strong background in consulting of at least 4 years, preferably tier one, tier two or boutique consultancies.
• A strong passion for empathetic leadership and a belief in client co‑creation as a means of driving results.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to shape the future of TTE Strategy.
