We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Operations (Marketing Agency) - (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg.

Job Description

Project Management Operations (Marketing Agency) - (m/f/d) oversees all operational activities within the organisation and holds full accountability for operational excellence and commercial performance. The role drives efficient delivery and sustainable growth, enabling both the agency and its clients to achieve meaningful marketing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner: Act as senior advisor to clients, translating business ambitions into operational excellence and measurable growth.
• Commercial Owner: Drive revenue, profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiations with full financial accountability.
• Delivery Lead: Oversee end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams — on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
• Operational Architect: Optimize processes, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure scalable, efficient delivery.
• Growth Driver: Strengthen client partnerships, secure retention, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• People Leader: Inspire and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Risk & Governance Steward: Proactively manage risks and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering complex, commercially impactful programs — ideally within global marketing environments.
• Strong financial and operational acumen across budgets, forecasts, and multi-market workstreams.
• Confident navigating ambiguity, resolving complex challenges, and reprioritizing in dynamic settings.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
• 3+ years’ experience in program/project management within an agency or comparable environment.
• Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and scalable frameworks.
• International client exposure.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
