Project Manager | Berlin (Full-Time)

Location: BERLIN, Germany – This is a full-time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is the "Netflix" of the dance world. Since 2021, we have grown rapidly, delivering high-end masterclasses, workouts, and documentaries to a global audience. Our Live Classes are our newest addition to our platform – and we need someone to run them.

We are looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership. Someone who stays calm when things get hectic and ensures every production is a smooth and memorable experience for everyone our subscribers, teachers and dancers.

Your Role

You ensure every Live Class happens—from prime-time coverage to the smallest detail.
You are the main point of contact for teachers, dancers, and operators.
You build the schedules, matching the right talent with the right slots to maximize subscriber value.
You find a solution immediately, if a dancer cancels or tech fails, instead of discussing the problem.
