• Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, construction management, civil or industrial engineering
• Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of high‑rise planning and project management
• Advanced knowledge in HOAI and AHO
• General IT applications such as MS Office, scheduling, cost control
• Communication skills, organizational talent, and independence
• Advisory competence, teamwork, and the ability to balance different interests

GENERAL PLANNING

• Taking on project management tasks in all areas of action and project phases according to AHO, organizing and managing complex high‑rise projects
• Ensuring the economic execution of your projects through direct collaboration with the planning team and the client - guaranteeing adherence to costs, schedules, and quality
• Supporting the further implementation of our general planning and organizing interfaces, scopes of services, and proposals in collaboration with the team

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Providing overarching support in the ongoing review, enhancement, and enforcement of our office standards
• Taking on quality assurance tasks in collaboration with the team

STRATEGY
