Project Manager – Solar (C&I & Utility-Scale) Berlin (Hybrid) | €80k

A fast-growing renewable energy company is building out its project delivery team - and this is a genuinely exciting moment to join.

This isn’t a backfill. It’s a newly created role where you’ll have real influence over how projects are delivered, processes are shaped, and the team grows. You’ll be working on commercial, industrial, and ground-mounted solar projects across Germany, with the backing of a well-established business that’s scaling fast.

What you’ll be doing Delivering solar PV projects from planning through commissioning Managing rooftop installations (logistics centers, industrial roofs, farms) and ground-mounted systems Coordinating electricians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Overseeing technical aspects including AC/DC systems, inverters, transformer stations, and BESS Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget Attending site visits when required

What they’re looking for 5+ years’ experience delivering solar PV projects Strong background in C&I and/or utility-scale solar Residential-only experience won’t be enough on its own Solid technical understanding of PV systems and battery storage Confident communicator on-site and with contractors Electrical engineering background is a big plus German C1+ required
