Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage and control the entire project life cycle for the respective technology platform
• Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
• Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies
• Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to assure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
• Steer effective communication , recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
• Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering , Microelectronics , Physics , Computer Science or a related subject
• At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
• Experience in project management
• A Project Management Certificatio n like IPMA or PMP
• A good sense for intercultural differences
• Excellent English communication skills - with German being a plus
