What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative projects that will set the course for Knauf's global business practices

• Craft project approaches, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee budgets to secure success

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whether managed internally or supported externally

• Harmonize your project roadmaps with other initiatives, creating a cohesive strategy that drives overall program success

• Guide project teams and engage stakeholders by preparing and delivering impactful presentations to senior management and steering committees

Who you are

• Hold a Master’s degree in Business or a related field, demonstrating your strong educational foundation

• Have a proven track record in management consulting as a project manager, leading and delivering successful projects

• Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing your top‑notch project management skills

• Excel in analytical and quantitative tasks, making decisions rooted in data

• Possess excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely
